As a mental health suffer, I now feel strong enough to want to share my own experiences and put my previous, current and future feelings into words and out there for the world. Judge me if you want, but if I can help just one person, deal with or not feel alone in facing mental health, then I have achieved more than I ever imagined. I have suffered with anxiety for many years (read my posts to learn more about my exciting overthinking brain!) and also deal with depression. Anyway, this blog will be honest and raw and will not cover anything up in pretty rainbows and flowers, but don't worry I shall always be staying positive and upbeat and hopefully being helpful to anyone who may need to just see that YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
